REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Aura&Glint, we want you to love your new portable blender. If things aren't quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully:

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Hygiene Note: Since the portable blender is a food-contact appliance, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have already been used with food or liquids, unless the product is found to be defective.

3. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)

Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Start a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the corporate address on our website. To start a return, please email us at info@auraglint.shop. We will provide you with the specific return instructions and the correct return address for our processing facility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@auraglint.shop with photos/videos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the "unused and original packaging" criteria mentioned above.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
