1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Shipping Times We work with global fulfillment partners to bring you quality products at the best prices. Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or international postal service issues outside of our control.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Aura&Glint (operated by EK GLOBAL PARTNERS LTD) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Since products may be shipped internationally, all fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, import taxes, or local customs fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address or lost due to incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
